This support group for Separated, Divorced and Widowed individuals of all ages is open to anyone in need of confidential, non-judgmental, friendly discussions in the spirit of healing the hurt of a terminated love-relationship. I started this group because I know first-hand the struggles of divorce, the stages of grieving this loss and how this traumatic life event can impact the whole body, mind and spirit--not to mention all aspects of life. After two years as a single mom, unable to connect with friends in a similar situation, I have decided to start a group dedicated to bringing single moms together. My goal for this group is to provide support for one another, share experiences, make new friends, and have some fun!
